TESTIMONIALS

  • When I first considered the idea of becoming a professional speaker, I didn’t think it was for me. Not me, Susan Seay- the wife, mother of 7, college graduate, and successful business owner me. The African American version of mother, that part of me. You see, almost every single conference, flyer, book, and radio show that I have seen over the first 15 years of my own motherhood journey there were maybe one or two speakers that looked like me. So, I decided that there was no room for me in that space. Out of sheer obedience to the call on my life, I said yes to speaking, but deep in my heart, I was looking for other women of color who were also speaking and writing. Entrusted Women has given me a space to find, connect, and celebrate other women who look like me and relate to the challenges of being the ‘lonely only’ in the room on many occasions.  This is my gathering space for encouragement on tough days and much needed information on others. Kia Stephens has done an amazing job of creating a space for us to feel seen, heard, and celebrated. Even though we don’t all speak or write on the same topics, we understand how important it is for us to support one another. I have no doubt that there are more of women of color secretly wondering whether there is space for them to share their gifts with the world, and I know that every woman in the group would shout a booming – “YES! Join us and let’s watch your gifts make space for you.

  • I had been scrolling through countless Facebook groups trying to find the right one to join. But most of them just didn’t cut it until I came across Entrusted Women. Somehow, I felt Entrusted Women was different, the group’s objective spoke to who I wanted to be as a Christian communicator. Entrusted Women is a great place for women looking to encourage and support others. I have met amazing, loving and highly supportive women living the mandate to love even in our cold and often distant world. They have been a steady source of encouragement and I have had the pleasure of meeting and connecting with so many beyond the walls of our Facebook group. Through these collaborations, meetups, and prayers I have grown as a blogger and a Christian woman. My heart is especially full of thanks thinking about the lady at the helm of it all. Kia has the biggest heart and is always rooting for every one of us. I know that God placed me in the midst of these wonderful ladies and I’m so glad I get to propagate his kingdom with His beautiful daughters.

  • Since becoming a member of Entrusted Women, I’ve found my tribe and have grown in business. By participating in the group I’ve grown my reach by guest posting on other blogs and have hosted others on my blog. I’ve increased my knowledge on how to create compelling graphics, how to improve my YouTube page and how to build my Pinterest page from scratch. But more than the practical mechanics of growing a business, I feel great about being part of a group that shares, cares and invests in one another so that we win together.

  • Joining Entrusted Women has been eye-opening for me. I was unaware of the large group of women of color who were bloggers, authors, and communicators of such magnitude. Being a part of this group has inspired me to reach further and pursue ways to refine and enhance my abilities as a communicator. I have been afforded opportunities to be a part of platforms that I would not have even seen without this group. I have grown and my territory has been enlarged since joining, and I know that there is so much more in store.

  • Entrusted Women feeds my love for all things community. As an author, blogger, and speaker, I’m grateful for the unique comradery in this group. We’re bound by our passion for God and His Word, but we also share how our ethnicity impacts our journey.

The founder, Kia Stephen’s enthusiasm is infectious! Being a part of Entrusted Women may lead to meeting a new friend, my next collaboration or finding the next conference I’ll attend. Through on-line prayer segments, workshops and interviews, I’m inspired and informed. Entrusted Women is among my top online picks for support and networking.

  • I am forever grateful for Entrusted Women. I wake up daily excited to see what will be posted. In this group, I have learned to increase my skills in speaking, writing, content development, and marketing. Even more so, I’ve developed lifelong connections that have granted me amazing speaking and writing opportunities. This group has been the missing link to take my career to the next level.
