AdeOla Fadumiye is the Founder and CEO of Crys & Tiana, a podcast production and management company. She helps launch, manage and grow podcasts for coaches, strategists, and lifestyle brands who want to use podcasting as one key element in their marketing strategy.  With more than a decade of project management experience working with non-profit, small businesses, and entrepreneurs, AdeOla is solution-oriented, forward-thinking, and strategic. She believes in creating simplified and streamlined business systems and processes. 

She also moonlights as a writer and editor, and writes at the intersection of faith, women’s empowerment, and entrepreneurship, while editing multicultural and Christian fiction. Her work has appeared in Radiant Health, Big Cartel, and mater mea. 

She earned her Bachelors of Science in Mass Communication (Public Relations and Communication Studies) from Winona State University and her Master in Public Health from George Washington University. She is a StartingBloc Fellow and alumni of the THREAD at Yale: Storytelling in Modern Media program. She lives in the Washington DC metro area.
